Digital launch of 2Face’s album holds today

The 960 MusicGroup will, tomorrow, carry out the street release of 2Face Idibia’s 6th album entitled “The Ascension”.

The Ascension is a 17-tracker that highlights the growth of 2Face as a member of the PlantashunBoyz, to the debut of his solo album, Face 2 Face, and his 10-year sojourn to becoming Africa’s number 1 artiste and also includes a range of both mid and uptempo hits. The album features Shurwane (Trinidad), Marchel Montano (Trinidad), Bridget Kelly (New York), Kim (France), FallyIpupa (DRC) and Nigeria’s Vector, Iceberg Slim, Rocksteady, DammyKrane, and the Sir Victor Uwaifo.

According to Mark Redguard, who recently assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of the 960 Music Group, “working with 2Face has been a wonderful experience, and provides a rare opportunity to participate in creating good music for music lovers, while contributing strong copyrights to the music legacy and history of both Nigeria and Sub-Sahara Africa”
