The fayrouz l’original expression show which has been going on for weeks came to a close yesterday, Saturday 5th of July with Team Elan emerging as the winners of the competition.
Media personality Toke Makinwa was one of the red carpet hosts for the event. For this occasion, Toke donned a printed wrap gown which was designed by Tope Abiola of Frock It, Rock It(FnR).
Ordinarily, I would have been sceptical about a wrap dress with Kimono sleeves for the red carpet host of a major fashion event but there is something about this outfit that just screams ‘I know I look better than you and guess what I am not even trying’ I love love love this outfit.
The pictures do it no justice, it looked even better in person.
I also liked how she accessorized, asides from the fact that the ear-rings are beautiful, they are the perfect match fora dress like this as any more jewellery would mess the entire outfit up-simple yet glamorous.
Also, big-ups to the designer(Tope Abiola) of the dress, because she allegedly created this within 24hours.
