Hot Water and Salt does not Prevent or cure Ebola !!!!!

So I woke up this morning with over 15 messages on my phone about the salt therapy fro Ebola and calls started coming in with people telling me to bath with hot water and add enough salt to it some even told me that I should add a little cold water to it and put salt while some said after taking the shower I should rub my body with salt, someone even told me to drink hot water and salt..

EBOLA IS A VIRUS AND NOT A WORM AND DRINKING OR BATHING WITH SALT WILL NOT AND CANNOT PREVENT INFECTION!!
WASH HANDS AFTER EVERY OUTING WITH SOAP AND WATER!! AVOID TOUCHING VERY SICK PEOPLE
WITH YOUR BARE HANDS, IF POSSIBLE USE LATEX GLOVES FOR THE VERY SICK!!!

HAND HYGIENE:
Either a sanitizer, or an alcohol-based hand rub or soap and running water can be used for hand hygiene, applying the correct technique recommended by WHO. It is important to always perform hand hygiene with soap and running water when hands are visibly soiled.

Alcohol-based hand rubs should be made available at every point of care (at the entrance and within the isolation rooms and areas); running water, soap, and single use towels should also be always available.

According To a Doctor at LASUTH i talked to this morning.. ”‎Ebola‬ is not airborne though there are indications that it may be carried by droplets over short distances. there is no evidence to support the use of bathing & drinking salt water as helpful measures”

We all know Ebola is real but The salt therapy is False and I Urge people (Especially Nigerians) To stop
Causing Unnecessary panic and Peddling same on Social media platforms.. Salt is already trending on Twitter an blackberry already..
Please take note:
SALT AND WATER CAN’T CURE THE EBOLA VIRUS, IT EVEN OPENS YOUR PORES THE MORE.
